We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

design services terms

Druthers Design and Supply has the experience and necessary skill to complete the projects we agree to complete and will complete them in a timely manner as decided by Druthers Design and Supply. We will only begin work on a project when the due date and contractual agreement is signed by both the client and Druthers Design and Supply.

Phase 1: Sketching

During this first phase of production, we take your provided goals, mediums, applications, and target audience, and balance it with the aesthetic of the examples you provide, if any. We explore numerous iterations and hone them down to detailed concepts based on what will be most effective for your goals. Then we’ll have a conversation to discuss the sketched compositions and make sure that we’re both on the right track with the direction we are moving towards for your project. You’ll be able to make changes you desire and alter the concept to your wishes.

Phase 2: Digital Phase

Once Druthers Design and Supply has received approval on the design direction, we spend the next phase refining this concept. We continue to draw and redraw, design and redesign, until we ultimately digitize the work meticulously.

After each edit requested to the design, a reserve of seven business days to complete that edit should be accounted for.

Once the design is fully rendered, it is provided to you with a through explanation and visual documentation that outlines the design process from conception to completion. All of the design decisions made along the way are explained and shown to demonstrate how they serve your goals.

Needed Information

All new concepts or ideas should be communicated before the start of the second phase (before the Digital Phase) in order to keep the process on track.

Revisions

Please be courteous with the amount of revisions made to designs. Druthers Design and Supply has the power to charge an additional $100/hour fee if revisions are requested after the the Delivery Date has passed.

If you choose not to use the artwork that created for you, or do not wish to continue with the project during any point in the process, Druthers Design and Supply will keep the first payment for time committed to the project, and you are not responsible for the other half.

Ownership of Artwork

If applicable, you guarantee that all elements of text, images or other artwork you provide to be used as a part of the Final Deliverable are either owned by yourselves, or that you’ve gained written permission to use them.

Upon receipt of Final Payment, you’ll own the visual elements that created for this project including the files defined under Deliverables.

Druthers Design and Supply reserves the right to show our design online as part of our portfolio.

Default

If at any time during this process you choose to break this contract, or you decide not to use the artwork, Druthers Design and Supply maintains ownership of the art. If the contract is broken by you, you are required to erase and delete all versions of the artwork provided you.

If you fail to pay your final invoice within 14 days then you will have to pay an additional 5.5% late fee per week based on the total you owe for every week your payment is late.

Limitation of Liability

Druthers Design and Supply is not accountable for any liability caused by your use of our designs to infringe on the rights of others.

Warrant of Originality

All work created by Druthers Design and Supply is original and has not been previously published. If we do use any assets (such as fonts) that have been previously created, we will have obtained the right to use them.

Payment:

At the signing of the Design contract, half of the final bill is due to Druthers Design and Supply. The other half is due after the Final Deliverables have been delivered to the client.

accuracy of billing & account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
